Ahh, nothing like the joy and relief of finishing a puzzle that takes you an hour to do.

Took me half an hour to figure all the medals out. Pity you can't interact with anything in the basement. Would've liked to have drawn another rather inappropriate "item of interest" for Kane before jacking his sweet ride and tearing up the neighbourhood.

Y'all want another hint to The Insane? On the piano, there is a second 6-note sonata to play. When'll it happen?

Brilliantly made game. Love the new zombie mode. Whole different tactic than just shooting and forgetting. Strangely, I find they go down much easier when I use a sword.

Got a bit of a problem, though. When the game begins to lag, it seems to "store" my key input, making my character prolong actions until I no longer need them. This makes my character do stuff on his own, like walk into an enemy barrage or not dive when the enemy has locked onto me. Very annoying, and it's the only thing stopping me from completing Nexus HQ on Hard mode (can barely get past floor 4 before "it" happens and I get killed for standing still).

I've never seen that sort of thing before in a Flash game. If I had to guess, I'd say you made some kind of array that stores keyboard input for smooth gameplay. Good idea, but again, when the game starts to lag (and it will...), it really messes me up.

In case it helps, I'm using a Macbook, playing the game with Safari with Flash Player 11.2.202.235. Does the same thing on Chrome. Anybody else run into that problem?

Sweet!

First time I didn't have to use a walkthrough.

Nah, just kidding. I liked how there was additional time pressure on us alongside trying to rush the timer.

Shame we don't get healed when putting on the suit and rising the temperature, but hey.

Afro-Ninja responds:

actually your temperature will increase if you wear the suit and the thermostat is set to chilled

Mario's controls aren't very good.

Play the NES version of Mario Bros once more, and get the feel for Mario's jump and movement. There's a bit more of a gradual, easier feel in the air for him. In this game, it's just annoying.

Megaman's the only guy I can properly control, and with that, high marks for sticking megaman into a Mario game. All in all, this is a very well put-together game, with nary a glitch save for one moment where jumping on a winged koopa, for some reason, killed me.

But yeah, if you can, score yourself a couple of these games and go over the feel of the character's controls a little bit more. That's all the advice I can give.
